Join us for our fourth lecture series by Jeff Benton!

The eight one-hour sessions on Crafton’s architectural heritage will be built around photographs. From Medieval Revival churches to Modern Utilitarian and Bungalow styles, each architectural era will be discussed.

Week 1, Jan 23: Introduction and Early and Vernacular Houses

Week 2, Jan 30: Medieval Revival Churches

Week 3, Feb 6: Victorian Italianate (1845-85), Second Empire (1820-80), and Queen Anne (1880-1910)

Week 4, Feb 13: Colonial Revival (1880-present), Craftsman (1880-1940), and Bungalow (early 1900s)

Week 5, Feb 20: American Four Square (1900-30)

Week 6, Feb 27: Tudor Revival  (1890-1940)

Week 7, Mar 6: Creighton Avenue

Week 8, Mar 13: Commercial, Utilitarian, and Unique Houses
